Eastern fitness specialist Bob McManus will teach a weekly tai chi class for seniors at EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard on several Tuesdays at 10 a.m. during January, including Jan. 8, 15, 22 and 29. McManus has taught tai chi for 30 years, and welcomes all seniors in the community to learn the Chinese system for meditative physical exercise. This class is free and open to local seniors.
