This is without a doubt one of the best shows around right now. From the staging to the performances to the music...awesome! Much better than Mary Poppins I have to say.
If you want to get a good seat though, you really have to go through the ticket brokers. I sat through Phantom of the Opera with seats I purchased through the theater and will never do that again.
